Eligibility for participation

• How do I know if I can participate in the clinical trial? If I can’t participate, will I be told why?
• If I’m not eligible to participate in this clinical trial, what are my other options?

Length of commitment

• How long will I be in the clinical trial?
• Are there reasons I might need to stop participating in the study?
• I know that I can stop participating in the clinical trial at any time. How do I let you know that I no longer want to participate?

Visits with the trial team

• How often will I meet with the trial team?
• How long is each visit? Will I ever need to stay overnight?
• Where will I go for visits? Can a friend or family member come with me?
